Delete your RestockPal account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open RestockPal and tap the Me tab.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
3. Tap Delete to confirm.

By email

If you can't open the app, email nick@mnsindustriesllc.com from any address and tell us your RestockPal nickname. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, nickname, home town and alert settings, your checklist and followed stores, every report you posted (including photos), your votes and flags, your alert history, and the sign-in link to your Apple ID. If you subscribed to Plus, also cancel the subscription with Apple (deleting your account doesn't stop Apple billing).

What we keep

Restock patterns we already calculated (for example, "this store usually restocks on Tuesdays") are combined counts that don't identify you, so they stay. Stores you added to the map stay, without your name. Server backups roll off within 30 days.
